I finished the dress of exquisite tackiness, and now I have a nice month in which to RUN CONSTANTLY and then repair and improve things and work on accessories. Time to review the to-do list.

Guess who got apprenticed? This gal! I am now the apprentice of Mistress Sofanisba Vespasiana Gabrielli. When we were discussing my apprenticeship, she asked me what I was interested in. Since “everything” is less than precise, I thought I’d use this blog to make a list of sorts.

All the linen is washed. The linen I was worried would tint my whites did not and the one I thought would be fine did, so now my only fencing shirt is ever so subtly blue. Go figure.
This isn’t garb or anything terribly exciting, but I decorated a sewing box this afternoon. I have been thinking about doing it for a while and now it’s done.
